DrGuido allows users to permanently delete their account and all associated personal data directly from within the mobile application. This process is immediate and irreversible.
How to Delete Your Account
Open Profile Management
From the Home screen, tap the profile icon located in the top-right corner to access your Profile section.
Select “Privacy & Account”
In the Profile page, scroll down and tap the “Privacy & Account” button.
Tap “Delete Your Account”
At the bottom of the Privacy & Account page, you will find a red button labeled “Delete Your Account.”
Tap this button to permanently delete your account.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Your authentication data is permanently removed.
Your personal profile information is deleted.
All documents and data associated with your account are permanently erased from our systems.
You will no longer be able to access the app with that account.
Important Note on Data Privacy
DrGuido does not store user profile data within AI request and response logs.
AI interactions are recorded in a fully anonymized manner and are not linked to identifiable user profile information.
